This page explains what data we collect when you use this site, why, and what your rights are. We follow Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).
What we collect
When you send a project brief, we store:
- Your name, email, WhatsApp number, company and country
- Your answers in the form: project type, needs, package, budget, currency and timeline
- The page you sent the form from, and campaign tags (UTM) if you arrived from an ad or promotional link
To prevent spam, the sender's IP address is logged for a short time.
What we use it for
Only to reply to your brief, prepare a proposal and talk with you about your project. We don't sell your data, share it for advertising, or send newsletters without your consent.
Where it is stored
- The database and the site's servers with a cloud provider, in a Singapore data centre
- Notification and confirmation emails are sent through Resend
These providers only process data to run their services for us.
Cookies and browser storage
We only use what the site needs to work: an mv_currency cookie to remember your currency, and browser storage to remember your light or dark theme. There are no advertising cookies. Analytics is currently off. If we ever turn it on, this page is updated first.
How long we keep it
We keep brief data while it is relevant to your project or our conversation, and no longer than two years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Send your request to hello@monivect.com and we will respond within three business days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the latest version is always on this page.
