Pricing
Why are prices "starting from"?
Because every project is built from scratch for a different business. The prices on this page are the starting point for each package's scope. Once we have talked through what you need, you get a proposal with a final, written price, and that price holds as long as the scope stays the same.
What makes a project cost more?
Usually one of these:
- More pages or screens
- More languages
- Integrations with other systems, such as a payment gateway, WhatsApp or accounting software
- Custom features, such as role-based access, reports or a mobile app
- Content that isn't ready yet, so you need copywriting or photography direction
Each of these is listed line by line in your proposal, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
Do you build sites for individuals, not only businesses?
Yes. A portfolio, a CV site, a links page on your own domain, a digital invitation or a site made for fun is built on the Website package, with as few pages as you need. It works the same way as a business project: designed from scratch, a CMS if you want to change it yourself, and a 30-day bug-fix warranty.
Do you make digital invitations?
Yes. Weddings, engagements, birthdays, aqiqah, circumcision celebrations, graduations, thanksgiving gatherings, office events or product launches. The invitation is a site with a link you share on WhatsApp: the schedule, a map to the venue, RSVPs, a photo gallery and messages from your guests. We design it from scratch around your event, not from a template thousands of other invitations use. It is built on the Website package.
Are the USD prices converted from rupiah?
No. Rupiah and US dollar prices are set separately and do not follow the daily exchange rate. The price you see is the price that goes into your proposal.
What does a discovery session cost?
For Website, Business System and All-in-One, it is free. For Custom System it is paid, because we map your workflow in detail, and the fee is credited to the project if you go ahead. The price is on the Pricing page.
We already subscribe to a vendor’s POS app. Why own a system instead?
A vendor’s app is usually billed per outlet every month, and often per user too, so the bill grows with every new branch or new hire. The feature you need often sits in a pricier tier or an add-on. A system we build is paid for once, holds only the features you use and follows the way your business works. The only recurring cost is a care plan, and it isn't charged per outlet or per user. Add as many users as you like.
For one or two outlets with a few users and standard needs, subscribing is often still cheaper, and we'll say so. The calculator on the Home page works it out with your own bill.
Can you build a membership or loyalty programme for my customers?
Yes. Customers sign up as members at the till, earn points on every purchase and trade them for discounts or gifts. Vouchers and member tiers, such as Silver and Gold, work too. The programme can be added to the Business System and All-in-One packages, and can be part of a Custom System. Your member data stays yours, not another app's.
Is there a discount for small businesses?
Yes, through our small-business programme. It's for businesses with no branches yet, 10 staff at most, and the owner running things. Tell us about your business in a brief, and we'll reply and talk it through first. If you qualify, you get a free consultation, 20% off the Website package (or 10% off Business System, All-in-One and Custom System), and a bonus month of care. We can only take on 5 businesses a month in this programme.
What do early clients get?
We treat our first three clients as partners: 15% off the first project, a place at the front of the schedule, fix requests answered the same business day, and a care price that stays the same for the first 12 months. In return, we ask for honest feedback and, if you agree, permission to show your project as an example of our work. This discount isn't combined with the small-business one; the bigger one applies.
Payment
How does payment work?
- Website: 50% when the project starts, 50% before the site goes live.
- Business System and All-in-One: 50% when the project starts, 50% before the system goes into use.
- Custom System: paid in stages, on the schedule in your proposal. Every stage ends with something you can see and try.
- Care plans: billed at the start of each month.
How can I pay?
Clients in Indonesia pay in rupiah by bank transfer, against a proper invoice. International clients pay in US dollars, by a method we agree on in the proposal.
Timeline
How long does a project take?
Website usually takes 1 to 3 weeks, Business System 3 to 5 weeks and All-in-One 6 to 10 weeks. For Custom System the schedule is set after discovery and released in phases, so the most important part is in use first. The clock starts once we have your content and the first payment.
What usually delays a project?
Most often: late content and feedback that sits for a while. So from day one you get a list of the content we need, plus the dates when we need your feedback at each stage.
Revisions
How many revisions are included?
Website includes 2 rounds of revisions. For Business System, All-in-One and Custom System, the number is set in your proposal. One round means you collect all your feedback into one list, and we work through it in one go.
What if what I need changes halfway through?
That's normal. We write down the change and what it adds in time and cost, and you decide: do it now, or after launch as the next phase. Nothing extra is billed without your approval.
Ownership
Who owns the website, the code and the data?
You do. Once the project is paid in full, the code, the design and the content are yours. The data stored in it, such as orders, customers and transactions, is yours too, including while we run the hosting in Monivect’s accounts. The code lives in a repository you can access.
Can I move to another developer later?
Yes. We use widely used technology, write down how to run and change the system, and hand over full access to the code. If we still run the hosting, we move the site, the CMS content and the database to accounts in your business’s name. You're never locked in to Monivect.
Can you move our data from the app we use now?
Yes. Menus and products, prices, stock, customers, staff records and whatever transaction history can be exported move to the new system. One outlet runs both systems for a few days until the reports match, then the others follow, so you cancel the old subscription only once everything runs. The migration work is written into the proposal, like every other part of the project.
Hosting
Where is my site or system hosted?
We handle it, so you never have to think about where the server is. While your care plan runs, your site or system runs on servers we manage ourselves, and the cost is included in the plan. Security updates, the SSL certificate, regular backups and watching for downtime are all on us.
Whose name is the domain in?
Always your business’s. The domain is registered in your own registrar account, separately from the package price, so renewals go through your account too. We only set up its DNS so it points to your site or system. If you already have a domain, we connect it for you.
What happens if I stop my care plan?
We move the website, the code, the CMS content and the database to accounts in your business’s name, so everything keeps running without Monivect. From then on, you pay the hosting providers directly. The domain has been in your name from the start, so it stays where it is.
Can I host it myself?
Yes, we're flexible. We hand over the code with a guide to running it, and help you set it up at the start. After that, server security and updates, backups and fixing a site that goes down at midnight are on you or your hosting provider, and you pay for the server directly. The 30-day warranty still covers bugs in the code, but not problems caused by a server we don't run. If you change your mind later, we can take the hosting back over.
Maintenance
What happens when the 30-day warranty ends?
Your site keeps running as usual. If you want someone to monitor, update and back it up every month, pick a care plan. If not, later changes can be done on request.
Do I have to take a care plan?
No. A care plan is entirely your choice, and you can stop it with one month’s notice. Without one, your site or system runs on hosting accounts in your business’s name, and you pay the providers directly.
Can I update the content myself?
Yes. Every project comes with a CMS, so you can change text, images, prices and menus yourself, without a developer. Changes appear on the site within seconds. We also hand over a short guide on how to use it.
Clients abroad
Do you work with clients outside Indonesia?
Yes. We work in English, invoice in US dollars at prices set separately from rupiah, and every meeting happens online.
How do you handle time zones?
We're on Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7). For clients in other time zones, we schedule calls at an hour that works for both sides, and the rest runs on written updates, so you can reply whenever suits you.
