The problem it solves

The cashier rings up sales in one app, stock is counted in a notebook, and the daily report arrives as a photo in a WhatsApp group. At the end of the month, the numbers never quite match.

Off-the-shelf POS apps are often nearly right, but not quite: different prices per outlet, complicated menu variants, promos that run on a schedule, or the way your team closes the till. So your team ends up bending to the app.

We build a POS that follows how your outlets actually work, and the reports add themselves up, with no one left to compile them.

Typical features

  1. A fast cashier screen

Items, variants and notes in a few taps, on a tablet or the counter computer.

  2. Menu, prices and promos

Set the menu and prices per outlet, mark items as sold out, and schedule promos that switch on by themselves.

  3. Ingredient stock

Stock goes down with every sale, and you know when an ingredient is running low.

  4. Multi-outlet reports

Sales by outlet, cashier and item, daily to monthly, with no manual compiling.

  5. Payments

Cash, QRIS and payment gateways, with a recorded till close.

  6. Membership and points

Customers sign up at the till, earn points on every purchase and trade them for discounts or gifts.

  7. Access by role

Cashiers, outlet leads and owners each see only what they need to.
