Table booking for a café
Guests pick the day, party size, area and time themselves, and the booking shows up on the cashier’s table list. You can try the demo on its page.
MonivectConcept
Staff clock in from a phone against a scheduled shift, and the system knows at once who is late. You can try the demo on its page.
We designed this concept for an outlet with a small team working morning and evening shifts. It is not client work: the staff are made up, and the location and photo are only simulated.
Sign-in books and WhatsApp groups record times, but never compare them with the schedule. What we set out to solve:
The clock is simulated, one second for one minute, starting three minutes before the shift.
Clock-inSample data, not a real business.
06:57
Simulated clock: 1 second = 1 minute
Location18 m, inside the 50 m radius
Face photoSimulated, no camera
| Name | Shift | In | Out | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rina | – | – | – | Not clocked in |
| Dimas | – | – | – | Not clocked in |
| Ayu | Morning | 06:52 | – | On time |
| Bayu | – | – | – | Not clocked in |
| Name | Days | Late | Overtime | Hours |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rina | 18 | 1 | 95 min | 146 h |
| Dimas | 17 | 3 | 0 min | 136 h |
| Ayu | 19 | 0 | 240 min | 156 h |
| Bayu | 16 | 2 | 30 min | 129 h |
Every clock-in is checked against that person’s shift on the spot:
In a real project the location comes from the phone’s GPS, and the summary can be downloaded for payroll.
