An online shop that shares its stock with the shop
Buyers order from their phone, the order lands in the shop’s admin, and the stock goes down in both places at once. You can try the demo on its page.
MonivectConcept
The till adds up the shopping, a regular who pays later goes straight into their line in the credit book, and items running low show up before the next restock run. You can try the demo on its page.
We designed this concept for a neighbourhood corner shop: staples, cooking gas, water refills and snacks, with buyers who are mostly the neighbours. It is not client work: the shop is made up, the customers’ names are examples, and every number in the demo is sample data.
In a corner shop the till, the credit book and the stock notes are usually three separate things. What we set out to solve:
Add a few items, pick a customer, then pay with On credit. In the back office the amount is already in the credit book, ready to be marked paid off.

The till, the credit book and the stock read the same data:
In a real project the till can scan barcodes, and the credit book can send reminders over WhatsApp.
